You understand that this purchase is for a lifetime license ONLY and does not constitute ownership of any source code, project files, media, or any other provided materials in any way.

You understand and agree that this is a digital product that can not be returned, and as such any purchase is considered final and without refund.

With your purchase you MAY

• Upload the avatar to VRChat for both private and public use.
• Modify or edit the avatar.
• Engage in commissioned work with/for the avatar provided that all parties have purchased the avatar base. For texture-only edits: Allowed with only one party owning the avatar with ONLY the included .SPP file shared and not the unity package or any of its contents.
• Sell edits to the avatar or create assets or textures for the avatar provided that all parties have purchased the avatar.
• Use the avatar for streaming and/or content creation (i.e. picture in picture, Tiktok, Youtube Shorts or Videos, or similar services)
• Use the avatar for modding for PERSONAL USE only.

You MAY NOT

• Share the avatar with others that have not purchased it. The included .SPP may be shared for 1 to 1 texture commissions ONLY.
• Use the avatar in commercial or non-commercial work intended for publishing or distribution such as games, animations, films, or other media or products outside the exceptions listed above without express consent given by the copyright owner, regardless of profit motive.
• Claim credit for the avatar in whole or part.
• Reupload the avatar to any other site for distribution.

Any case not specifically covered above will be considered DISALLOWED unless written consent is given by the copyright owner.
